How It Works

From first call to finished garden.

Most residential projects move from consultation to a finished install in 8–14 weeks, depending on scope and permitting.

Consultation & site walk

We visit your property, talk through goals and budget, and take measurements — usually 45–60 minutes, no charge.

Design & proposal

A detailed planting and hardscape plan, materials board, and 3D concept, along with a fixed-bid proposal — typically ready in 1–2 weeks.

Permitting & scheduling

We handle any required City of Seattle permits and lock in a build window, with weather contingency built into the timeline.

Build

Our in-house crews handle grading, hardscape, planting, and lighting, with photo updates sent weekly while work is on site.

Walkthrough & care plan

A final walkthrough to sign off on the work, plus an optional seasonal maintenance plan to keep everything thriving.
